CPA supports provisions in US NDAA 2020 of sanctions related to Nord Stream 2

Coalition of Polish Americans strongly supports provisions included in the NDAA FY 2020 conference report that would impose sanctions with respect to provision of certain vessels for the construction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. As an organization representing Polish Americans we are very concerned that the construction of this pipeline would exacerbate the dependence of several European countries on Russian gas exports and would greatly diminish the energy security of Poland and Europe. We strongly support passage of these provisions.
